How to set up a fiber optic router

Nowadays, almost everyone has a smartphone, and many users also have digital products such as laptops and tablets. Many family members generally have high requirements for wireless networks. Step 1: First, open the computer, then open any webpage, and then enter the login IP address of your router in the browser's website, as shown in the following figure:

As shown in the above figure, taking the author's Wireless Router as an example, first enter 192.168.1.1 in the browser address bar and then press the Enter key to pop up the following user login dialog box. Step 2: After entering the router settings interface, we first click on the "Settings Wizard" in the left navigation, as shown in the following figure:
Step 3: After clicking on the "Setting Wizard", a prompt interface will pop up first. We can directly click on the next step, as shown in the following figure:
Step 4: Next, we will see that we are required to choose the "Internet access method". Usually, the merchant provides us with our internet account and password, so we usually choose the second option "PPoE virtual dial-up internet access", as shown in the figure below. If you are unsure, you can consult the network merchant or choose "let the router automatically select the internet access method". Step 5: Next, we will see a request for us to enter our internet account and password. This is the internet account and password provided by the internet provider. As mentioned above, just fill in the account and password.

After completing, we click Next to complete the most basic router settings. Sometimes, it may prompt us to restart the router, and we can confirm to restart it. The basic settings of the router are now complete. We can try to see if the computer can access the internet normally. If the above settings are not correct, please reset the wizard and pay attention to the selected internet access method. If you are not familiar with it, please consult the network provider or try one by one. Finally, be careful when entering your internet account and password.
